Jeff Masters' Wunder Blog on the Mississippi Flood

I came across this blog by accident, following links as I am wont to do, looking for info on the current unprecedented flooding of the Mississippi River. Take a look at this post and be amazed at what you learn. Or maybe you know it already. But I was amazed :).
